Why is the restaurant named Bistro 46?
The hotel property is a heritage-listed building, built in 1946, and has previously been both SAS and ICA's headquarters. It was designed by the famous architect Paul Hedqvist who, among other things, designed Västerbron and Skatteskrapan at Södermalm. Now the hotel building has been carefully restored to a modern hotel with a warm and personal feel.
