Terms and Conditions

Below, you can read the terms and conditions that apply when you book with us, regardless of the booking channel. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@sthlmbromma.se.



Confirmation and cancellation

Your booking is binding once you have received confirmation from us, and in cases where a credit card number has been provided or payment has been made. Cancellation policies are outlined in your booking. If you shorten your stay after 12:00 on the day of departure, charges for at least one night will apply.



ID Requirements - minimum age 18

The hotel may request identification upon arrival for your safety and ours. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking if ID is not provided. If you are under 18, you will need a parental consent form.





Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00 unless otherwise stated in your confirmation.



Late arrival

Your room is guaranteed if you have provided a credit card number or prepaid your room. The hotel will charge for the first night if you do not arrive or cancel your booking.



Smoking

The hotel is smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside the hotel in the designated smoking area. A cleaning fee of at least 3000 SEK will be charged if smoking occurs indoors.



Hotel’s right to deny guests

The hotel reserves the right to immediately deny a guest entry or ask them to leave if they put the safety, health, well-being, or security of themselves, others, or the hotel at risk, or commit other violations. No compensation will be provided in such cases.



Accepted payment methods

The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners. The hotel is cash-free.



Registration of foreign guests

According to the Aliens Act, the hotel is required to ensure that foreign guests fill out a registration card with certain details as prescribed by the National Police Board. Foreign guests must verify their identity with a valid ID. These rules are based on the Schengen Agreement within the EU.



Damages and nitrous oxide

As a guest, you are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests within the hotel. Compensation for damages must be paid by the guest. The hotel is a member of Visita, and contact information for the Disciplinary Committee can be found on Visita’s website, visita.se. The use of nitrous oxide is prohibited on the hotel premises. Use may result in a charge of 500 SEK per cartridge.



Billing

If you wish to be invoiced, please send the necessary billing details (organization number, address, email, reference) at least 3 days before arrival so that a standard credit check can be conducted.



Housekeeping

Our hotel is environmentally certified with Green Key. As part of this, we practice more sustainable cleaning in our rooms. This means that if you stay more than one night, your room will not be cleaned automatically. If you would like cleaning on all days of your stay, we are happy to provide it. Please notify the reception by 20:00 the evening before.



Credit card authorization

The hotel may charge a deposit upon check-in.
